The weather was perfect for CHL's First Annual Walk for Peace. Sponsored by Valley Anesthesia, MOGA, Steve's Ortho group, Physiotherapy, Hallier Law
Firm, and AMOMI, around 100 people participated on this beautiful day in Scottsdale. Everyone had a great time walking around the park, visiting with friends, sharing breakfast, and playing on the jungle gym. Starting Saturday, December 18, we will be starting classes at a new location, 24 Hour Fitness at 13220 North Scottsdale Road. There will be an orientation class for all students on Saturday, December 11 at 3pm. Everyone should attend this session where we will be oriented to their procedures. We will not be having Karate after orientation so you may wear regular street clothes. There are two forms that must be filled out in advance and turned in at the orientation in order to attend classes.

On Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 4:15pm-4:30pm CHL will be interviewed by KFNX News Talk Radio 1100am. Dr. Foley and Mr. Nardone will respond to questions regarding our Vision/Mission and promoting the 5K Walk for Peace on Sunday, November 7th at 9am at Eldorado Park. Please tune in and hear all about us! If you miss it, you can see the show live on-line at www.1100kfnx.com. Listen and tune-in all week long as we will have 16-30second commercials throughout the week promoting the Walk and CHL.

We are proud to announce the new location for the Erickson Family Dojang at 4940 E. Valley Vista Lane in Paradise Valley. We are just south of Lincoln and just east of Tatum. We are accepting new students and welcome new and returning students to begin or continue your journey in the martial arts. If you have a family member or friend who might be interested in training, please let us know. We would love to have them join us.

Intermediate class: Sundays 4:30 to 5:30 pm.
Family class (open to all students): Sundays from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.
KAIZEN martial arts conditioning class: Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 pm..
